Program Overview
This 36-month program is designed to accelerate the leadership development of aspiring engineers. Participants will gain broad experience through four rotations in areas such as :
- Core Engineering Disciplines : Mechanical, Electrical, and Quality Engineering
- Support Engineering : Quality, Product Assurance, Organizational Excellence
- Program Management : Engineering program / project leadership in customer projects
- Business Development : Engineering services sales strategy and execution
