We are looking for candidates in San Jose, CA, Austin, TX, or Toronto, ON.Key Responsibilities : Drive pipeline growth and revenue by executing innovative segment marketing strategies that resonate with our target customers.Create compelling and differentiated messaging and positioning tailored specifically to our customers, showcasing our core capabilities and unique value.Act as a key stakeholder in implementing marketing initiatives, including campaign development, launch planning, sales enablement, and content creation.Map and enhance customer journeys to visualize and optimize the customer experience across all touchpoints.Develop a comprehensive sales kit to support the sales process, encompassing playbooks, sales decks, battle cards, solutions briefs, product demos, and more.Craft custom communication strategies for customers, including product discovery announcements and success KPIs.Utilize market insights to hone marketing strategies that align with customer needs and market trends.Lead and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies designed to increase market share and position Celestica as an industry leader.Measure the effectiveness of sales collateral on conversion rates, aiming to improve metrics across various segments.Qualifications : Experience in product or solution marketing, especially in developing and executing successful Go-To-Market strategies.Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to produce compelling content.Strong analytical skills to leverage market and customer data in strategic decision-making.Demonstrated project management capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple complex tasks under tight deadlines.A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, thriving in fast-paced environments.Adept at embracing change and pivoting strategies when needed.Experience in hardware / software technologies or IT Services is preferred.Physical Requirements : This position involves work in a typical office environment.Tasks may require extended sitting and focused visual concentration on computer screens and detailed data.Frequent repetitive manual motions such as data entry are involved.Experience : 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.Education : Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Educational requirements may vary by location.Compensation : Salary range is $57,000 - $75,000 USD per year, based on various factors including job responsibilities and candidate qualifications.Please Note :
