As a key member of the Customer Experience (CX) organization, you will have the chance to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues specifically related to Customers' networking, including Switching and Network Security, as well as storages and servers software with a strong focus on SONiC issues.
As a hands-on Senior Technical Support Engineer, your success will stem from extensive experience in resolving technical issues, interacting with customers, and managing escalations for mission-critical operations. Your Role Includes :
- Engaging with customers to understand their network topology and providing expert guidance.
- Assisting the Sales Engineers and Business Development teams during pre-sales activities.
- Developing test cases using Python or Go to support internal quality assurance efforts.
- Writing Application Notes for customer reference while showcasing your technical writing skills.
