About the Role
We are seeking an Sales Coordinator to contribute directly to the department’s goals through process optimization and operational excellence. Responsibilities include direct customer support for a subset of North American commercial accounts. This position directly reports to the Director, Strategic Marketing, Celgard and does not supervise others.

Key Accountabilities
- Sales Systems Administration
- Act as the Salesforce site administrator, managing updates and collaborating with the sales team to enhance user-friendliness.
- Administer Shopify order systems and improve usability.
- Support Regional Sales Directors by maintaining accurate client information and reviewing sales opportunities in Salesforce.
- Coordinate with sales leadership to improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes, such as workflow, meeting templates, and reporting tools.
- Sample Requests
- Own the sample request process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of orders.
- Manage customer roll sample requests and strive for system improvement.
- Customer Account Management
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for an assigned group of customers, managing forecasts and ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain excellent customer relations by ensuring timely order processing and delivery.
- Track sales metrics and support commercial reporting.
- Address quality inquiries and coordinate resolutions.
- Provide Salesforce quoting support and assist the SMS team with simple tasks.
- Marketing Support
- Assist in analysis and reporting of select market data as excel sheets and charts
Qualifications
Education Background:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
Knowledge & Experience:
- Must possess 4 years in accounting in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Minimum of three years of inside sales experience, including Salesforce expertise.
- Proactive communicator with strong collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving mindset, capable of analysis-based recommendations.
- Project management experience with complex initiatives.
- Self-motivated learner who actively participates in sales training and develops a comprehensive understanding of company services/products.
