Job Description

Celina Aluminum Precision Technology is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team!

THERE IS NO DESIGNING IN THIS POSITION

At first glance, one might not fully appreciate the significance of CAPT’s products. By mastering the art of melting, casting and machining aluminum, CAPT’s manufacturing processes result in the highest quality aluminum products. These products become part of legendary Honda automobile engines – engines known for efficient operation, reduced friction, higher output and enhanced gas mileage.

CAPT has also solidified their place as a supplier in the Electric Vehicle market through our chassis parts business enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in the Engineering field or equivalent engineering experience (3-5 years)
• Knowledgeable with CAD
• Knowledgeable with CNC Part Programming
• Product Development
• Computer Proficiency
• Robotic Training/Experience
• The Ability to Multi-task
• Supervision and Leadership skills
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Methods and Procedures
  
  

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To.

• Evaluate manufacturing processes by conducting research programs while applying knowledge of product, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
• Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements.
• Improving manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout
• Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods, testing finished product and process capabilities, and establishing standards.
• Provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating labor and material costs.
• Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Provides Engineering information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.
• Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services.
• Maintains product and process database.
• Completes design and development projects.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
• Contributes to team efforts.
