Strategic Sourcing:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with the company’s goals, focusing on cost optimization, quality, and sustainability.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure the best fit for organizational needs.
Supplier Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and fostering partnerships.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Review and manage supplier contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Procurement Operations:

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is typically Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Proficiency in procurement software and supply chain management tools.
- Knowledge of global sourcing practices and regulations.
- Knowledge of Berry Amendment, Buy American Act and experience with HS codes is a plus.
