Housekeeping/Laundry Aide

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. Your expertise in cleaning and laundry services will contribute significantly to the overall satisfaction of our clients.

Duties

• Perform general housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and garments.
• Conduct commercial cleaning duties in various settings, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and facilities through regular inspections and upkeep.
• Assist with custodial responsibilities to ensure a clean and safe environment for all residents.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to schedules.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Skills in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning will be advantageous.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.50 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
