RETAIL TRAINING MANAGER- SOUTHWEST

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As Retail Training Manager, Southwest and a part of the Retail Training department, you will be a primary ambassador of the CELINE image, product knowledge and service experience. You will have the responsibility to communicate and enhance the vision of the brand through stores in the West region. This role will report to the Retail Training Director, North America.

YOUR IMPACT

• Develop & facilitate Training Programs including on brand culture, product knowledge, and selling ceremony
• Evaluate training and development needs of our Boutiques
• Strategize with Training Director to revise or create new training programs based on business needs
• Partner with Regional Director and VP’s to coach and lead underperforming associates, and evaluate training level of all employees trained
• Facilitate New Hire Onboarding for new employees and store openings
• Assist with floor support and spot coaching as needed when traveling throughout the network
• Provide post-training recaps to Training Director and Regionals
• Track effectiveness of training programs, and provide regular follow-up
• Partner with Merchandising team to develop product training seasonally
  
  

KEYS FOR SUCCESS

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
• Experience:
• Min 5 years of Training experience in luxury
• Retail experience preferred
• Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus
• Competencies:
• Strong communication, listening, and comprehension skills
• Ability to develop interactive, creative, and comprehensive training programs
• Ability to understand and communicate material and provide instruction to others
• Ability to adjust priorities and handle time wisely in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to assess the training needs of our Boutiques, evaluate existing training programs and adapt content as needed
• Ability to develop methods to track and evaluate training effectiveness
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment.

CELINE recruits and recognizes all types of talent and singularities.

The compensation for this position ranges from $115,000- $130,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
