The Business Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing the administrative operations of mortgage loan accounts with an emphasis on Reverse Mortgage Loans. This role ensures that loans are serviced, and maintained accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory guidelines and organizational standards. The Specialist will act as a liaison between borrowers, internal teams, and external entities, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Qualifications
Education
- Some college and higher education preferred
Experience/Training
Experience in mortgages, customer support, call center operations, loss mitigation, home loans
Skills and Abilities
- Exceptional written and oral communication with strong persuasive skills
- Attention to accuracy in execution for achieving results
- Ability to learn and use workplace software, systems, processes, workflows and tools
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills with attention to details
- Strong persuasive and professional communication skills
- Follow-through while multi-tasking and a commitment to strong attendance
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to work well as an individual contributor as well as be part of a team

Working Conditions
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines in an office environment. Commitment to a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and overtime.
