POSITION OVERVIEW :
The salary range for this role is $50000 per hour to $70000 per hour
Note-This position is open to candidates in Nevada, Arizona, and Colorado. The position is Remote.
Cell Brokerage is looking for a seasoned Middle Market Commercial Insurance Account Manager. The successful candidate is an experienced and P&C licensed insurance professional. This person provides new and existing commercial lines clients with exceptional customer service and support, working to assist our sales producers and Agency Manager. This person will be well versed in providing timely and accurate feedback to client inquiries, submitting proposals to carriers and brokers, and processing renewals. It is key to the role that candidates are very capable of working on their own with little to no direction, able to provide our customers the best possible service.

Core Duties and Responsibilities :
Process new business, renewals, endorsement and other client / policy requests
Acts as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve escalated complex service issues that require policy interpretation and experience-based judgment to resolve
May also negotiate with underwriters and carrier
Troubleshoots claims and billing issues
Adhere to our agency’s standards and those of the contracted carriers and brokers
Manages, organizes, and conducts client meetings when necessary
Issue Certificates of Insurance
Invoices applicable transactions
Utilizes agency management system to its fullest for E&O purposes including appropriately documenting conversations with clients and carrier representatives, storing policy documents and tracking of the sales cycle. Ensures the accuracy of data in those systems
Minimum Qualifications :
Licensed for 3 years in Property and Casualty
Prior Account Manager or Account Support experience for 3 years
High School diploma required
Experience in using an agency management system
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability and willingness to utilize company’s computer system and software
Strong typing skills with an ability to compose clear and concise letters
Ability to understand policy forms and coverage descriptions
Organizational skills required
Willingness to attend educational classes desired
High attention to detail essential
Professional & ethical
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with AMS360 agency management system highly preferred
