Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Scientist in Cell Line Development at Cell Culture Company in Minneapolis, MN. The Lead Scientist will need to be a forward thinker driven towards new innovation and growth! They will be responsible for overseeing the development and optimization of cell lines, designing experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and product development in biotechnology.
Key Responsibilities :
- Establish and lead our cell line development division, creating workflows for stable cell line generation.
- Develop and optimize mammalian cell lines (e.g., CHO, HEK293) for customers.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by evaluating and implementing cutting-edge technologies.
- Author technical reports, SOPs, and regulatory documentation.
- Represent the company at occasional external events and build strategic partnerships.
