Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lead Scientist to lead our Cell Line Development Division and develop strategies for growth and innovation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and driving our Cell Line Development Division, developing workflows for stable cell line generation, implementing cutting-edge technologies, and collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

  • PhD (preferred) or MS in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience in a CRO or CDMO environment
  • Proven expertise in commercial cell line development, including transfection, clone screening, and high-productivity optimization
  • Familiarity with cGMP, 21 CFR Part 820, and ISO quality standards
