As a Retail Sales Representative you will have the opportunity to interact with new and existing customers where your primary responsibility will be to identify their Metro by T-Mobile's products and services needs, and provide exceptional sales and customer service experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Maintain KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and hit target goals consistently
• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Educate customers about Metro by T-Mobile products, services, and promotion
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
• Troubleshoot customer concerns including technical issues related to devices/equipment, accounts, and billing
• Accurately process customer transactions, including cash handling
• Ensure compliance with Metro by T-Mobile Operational guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Work with store management in opening , closing and mid-day procedures. This includes handling cash, creating deposits, doing inventory count/audits, self-audits/store audits etc.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Required
• 6 months of retail sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Android and iPhone devices is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in transactions, account management, and cash handling
• Ability to use a computer for processing orders
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational skills and a desire for growth and advancement
• Team player mentality with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the sales floor depending on the shift
• Willingness to pick up shifts at other locations within a reasonable distance from your home store is a plus

• Salary: $16.50-$17.28 per hour range (depending on the primary job location), plus commissions and bonuses
• Location: California (Cities: Ventura, Oxnard, Los Angeles, Torrance, Long Beach, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Orange, Fullerton, Stanton, Huntington Beach, Pomona, Ontario, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside, Corona, Eastvale, Chino, Lake Elsinore, Windomar, Murrieta, Jurupa, San Bernardino, Redlands)
• Shifts: Flexible, including evenings and weekends (10hr/8hr/Day shift/ Evening shift/Morning shift)
• Opportunities for advancement: to Assistant Manager or Store Manager roles
• Licenses and Certifications:
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
