We are looking for a fun-loving, driven individual who complements our incredible team! We are looking for a motivated leader to join our store in Flushing, Queens! You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Drive sales performance by implementing effective strategies and motivating the sales team
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Monitor performance to achieve sales goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle cash handling procedures accurately and securely
- Oversee scheduling of staff shifts
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in store management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in math for cash handling and inventory management purposes
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with wireless sales is a plus
