DMD/DDS Details
- Full Time & Part Schedules Available
- 8 hour shifts
- No Weekends!
- Contract Position
DMD/DDS Duties
- Provide incarcerated individuals with dental screening/treatment
- Diagnose and treat diseases, injuries and malformations of teeth gums and related oral structures
- Perform exams, utilize diagnostic procedures and instruments
- Clean, fill, extract and replace teeth, design and build crowns, bridges and other oral structures
- Prescribe medications
- Plan programs of exams and treatments
- Provide clinical supervision of dental assistant and other staff assigned to the clinic, document services provided.
DMD/DDS Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited educational institution
- Licensed as a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) by the State in which the position is located. The license MUST be in good standing
- 2 years of relevant Dentist (DMD) experience
