A day in the life of a Cell Staff Recruiter:
- Identify candidates through various job boards.
- Candidate interaction through phone, email, texting software, social media, career fairs, etc.
- Consistent relationship management from the beginning of the recruitment process and throughout the assignment.
- Works closely with the Recruitment manager/team lead and VP of Sales to maintain a viable candidate pipeline.
- Displays effective teamwork with co-workers. Follow up with a task, while assisting others in the workplace.
- Professionalism in areas of greeting field staff, answering phones, and meeting current/new clients.
- Participate in weekly recruitment & sales meetings.
