LPN Details
- Full Time Schedules
- Some weekends may be required
- 8 hour shifts available
- Contract Position
- Performing health screenings and physical examinations
- Administering medications, wound care, and other personalized interventions as directed by medical staff
- Serving as a first responder in emergency and crisis situations
- Observe and report changes in behavior, mobility, appetite, or other symptoms that could indicate medical issues.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including RNs, physicians, behavior specialists, and social workers, to develop and update individualized care plans for each client.
- Provide education and training to caregivers, family members, and other staff on proper care techniques, medication administration, or health concerns specific to developmental disabilities.
- Graduation from an accredited educational institution
- Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the State in which the position is located. The license MUST be in good standing
- 1 year of relevant Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience
