Benefits
- Career Growth: As an authorized service provider of Lenovo, Cell Tech employees are required to complete Lenovo training and certification courses. Our employees agree this is an essential first step in seeking CompTIA certifications. We also work with Acer, Dell, HP, and Apple products.
- We offer competitive Health Insurance plans.
- On-Site: This position offers on-site IT services rather than fieldwork. Limited customer interaction: most technicians operate in-house and are not customer-facing. That means they can focus on their work without interruption and exclusively interact with peers who are knowledgeable and experienced in the craft.
- Flexible schedule during client’s summer breaks: Because we work primarily with schools, our work slows down during school breaks. If you need time off work during summer, we’re able to accommodate that.
- Overtime Opportunities: During the time that school is in session, optional overtime opportunities are offered based on customer needs.
- Paid Holidays: All Cell Tech Employees enjoy 6 paid holidays a year, after their 3 month probationary period.
- PTO: Full time employees are eligible for one week of PTO a year, after their first year.
