You are responsible for ensuring our clients' broken devices are brought safely and promptly to our workshop and back to them in working condition. We are looking for someone with a customer-first, customer-focused attitude. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have had a driver’s license for at least 3 years, and enjoy flexible hours during school breaks, this position would be a great fit for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently breaking down pallets and unboxing laptops
- Accurately scanning and printing asset tags for laptop inventory
- Meticulously packaging laptops to ensure safe delivery
- Computer/IT Hardware repair knowledge is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School diploma or equivalent; experience in a related field is a plus.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Capable of performing repetitive tasks, such as scanning and stocking inventory.
- Able to pass a background check and have the legal right to work in the U.S.
- Flexibility in tasks and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
