- 20 hours a week, could fluctuateCompensation Range : $50-$60 / hr W2We are looking for a talented and motivated Social Media Content Creator for freelance projects with our client's dynamic digital and social team in California!The Social Media Content Creator's primary responsibility will be the client's social channels, and providing an on-camera personality for the brand.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping, conceptualizing, creating, and executing compelling visual content.
Your work will enhance messaging to both internal and external audiences, driving engagement and influencing main constituents across all social media platforms.
You will collaborate closely with social strategists, content strategists, and newsroom brand writers to produce high-quality, social-first, written and visual content that aligns with our client's brand voice and image.Responsibilities : Content Creation : create and concept innovative and captivating content for various social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.Visual Storytelling : Produce engaging and sharable content that resonates with our target audiences on social media.Multimedia Production : Effectively and quickly edit, animate and optimize engaging multimedia content, such as videos, photography, and graphics.
Crop and optimize multimedia content for various digital platforms.
Leverage data and analytics to inform content, necessary edits / changes and quick pivots to ensure successful engagements.Copywriting : Be able to craft compelling copy that effectively communicates our key messages, promotes our brand, and builds trust with our audience on social media.Social-First Expert : Be at the forefront of social media best practices and trends.
You will leverage your expertise in social creative specifications by optimizing content that is tailored specifically for each channel.Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross functional teams that are creating content for all channels around similar messages and campaigns.
