As a Client Success Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution while identifying opportunities for growth. Your goal is to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention while also promoting our full suite of products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier customer service to both clients and internal teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to new and existing clients, building long-term relationships.
- Handle new sales inquiries and referral requests, proactively identifying opportunities for business expansion.
- Drive client retention and account growth through strategic relationship management.
- Field inbound calls and inquiries, as well as execute outbound consultative sales calls.
- Oversee and manage sales contracts to ensure optimal client retention.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline using our CRM system.
- Prepare tailored proposals and present solutions that align with client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute internal sales campaigns.
- Identify client needs, suggest best practices, and document key insights for ongoing improvement.
- Process orders and manage key business ventures.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients post-sale to guarantee satisfaction.
- Perform on-site assessments of client equipment and generate asset management plans.
- Produce sales and activity reports for the leadership team.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies and procedures.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage daily tasks effectively.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and professional work environment.
- Attend regular meetings and contribute to the team's success.
- Adhere to company policies, including dress code and safety guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- A customer-first mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience in managing accounts and consistently achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- A process-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- At least two years of inside sales experience is preferred.

- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (especially Excel).
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of sales processes and account management.
- Ability to create and deliver client presentations.
