We are seeking a Communications Specialist to play a critical role in supporting the communication needs of a high-impact project for one of our clients. This role will involve crafting internal communications for Program Team Members and reaching a large external audience. The specialist will ensure clear, engaging, and consistent messaging across various platforms and formats throughout the implementation, working closely with the Organization Change Management (OCM) leader, project managers, executives, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver internal and external communications, including intranet posts, emails, CEO scripts, presentations, and visually engaging content such as infographics.
- Collaborate with the OCM leader and project team to ensure clarity, consistency, and timeliness in change messaging.
- Maintain a cohesive change story arc that reinforces the purpose and journey of the implementation.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as necessary to improve engagement and understanding.
- Create visually compelling presentations that highlight key program messages.
- Tech Skills: MS, Word & PowerPoint.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Comfortable with C-suite leaders.
- Experience with large scale implementations.
- Degrees or certifications required/Years of overall experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in communications or related field (i.e. English Literature, Journalism, Media Studies or Communication Sciences) and 4 years of professional experience in Communications (e.g., Customer Service, Promotions, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations).
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Communications (e.g., Customer Service, Promotions, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations).
