This role involves routing incoming communications related to a new pharmaceutical e-commerce platform, ensuring issues are directed to the right technician for resolution. Additional duties include logging metrics and providing updates to sales and customers on problem resolutions.

- Demonstrates basic understanding of communication media and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree.
- 2 years' experience in related role or with relative experience.
