Content Strategist Management (Remote)

Compensation Range: $40 - 50 per hour

We are seeking a Content Specialist to support our CPD Customer Experience team in managing and creating content for our CPD products. The role involves working with the Salsify Content Management System (CMS) to ensure accurate, engaging, and consistent product information is published on retailer websites. With a portfolio of approximately 900 SKUs, the ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Management: Use Salsify CMS to create, edit, and manage product content for retailer Product Detail Pages (PDPs).
• Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams to receive briefs, visuals, and product details, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and retailer requirements.
• Efficiency: Manage approximately 900 SKUs, dedicating an average of 20 minutes per SKU to ensure high-quality, accurate content is delivered.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer experience teams, to maintain smooth workflows and meet deadlines.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in content management, user experience, or website development (junior-level experience is acceptable).
• Familiarity with Salsify CMS or similar content management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of content efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to work in EST zone with a 9 AM start time.
