CONTENT STRATEGIST

Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania
Job Type: Contract
Compensation Range: $80 - 90 per hour

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior AI Content Strategist to explore and implement AI-driven strategies for financial advisors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, a passion for innovation, and the ability to experiment with AI to produce high-quality, engaging content. This role involves close collaboration with content and technology teams to build meaningful user experiences in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine AI-driven prompt-writing techniques to optimize content quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to create AI-powered experiences for financial advisors.
• Partner with external vendors to develop prompt techniques, tool integrations, and system improvements.
• Identify innovative content solutions and produce user-focused experiences.
• Advise leadership on content strategies and AI technology integration.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content using AI models.
• Apply expertise in prompt engineering to test new content and enhance user engagement.
• Provide creative direction on AI content strategies, collaborating with designers, developers, marketing managers, and business leaders.
• Partner with user experience teams to set up tests, measure effectiveness, solve problems, and meet communication goals.
• Develop user-centered experiences that balance business and marketing needs.
• Pitch and test new content ideas, reduce cognitive load, and create seamless digital engagement experiences.
• Stay updated with AI and content creation advancements to inform strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in creating high-quality content, such as reports, articles, and client communications.
• Experience using generative AI in a professional or personal capacity.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and engagement.
• Familiarity with AI models and content generation techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in prompt engineering and fine-tuning AI models.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content.
• Content Marketing.
