This role involves creating a variety of content, including emails, newsletters, required regulatory materials, and sales-related content to support various business divisions. Additionally, the role includes supporting the content needs for Thought Leadership and consultant teams, as well as small business initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm and develop creative concepts with clients and colleagues. Gather feedback from editors, content managers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders while providing thoughtful feedback on submissions.
- Build knowledge of assigned industries and products, processes, and services, conducting research as necessary.
- Contribute to and oversee content creation from planning and drafting to final delivery. Assist with evaluating project scope, content strategy, and deadlines.
- Respond to edits and changes with flexibility while maintaining quality and accuracy, adhering to established writing styles and standards.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as needed.
- Minimum three years of relevant work experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Experience with advertising copywriting, video scripts, UX writing, marketing content, and multimedia content creation.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools in the content creation and production process.
