Cella is seeking a talented Creative Communications Lead for our client, a well-known athletic apparel brand, for a 6 month contract in Beaverton, Oregon. This person is required to be onsite Monday through Thursday, and can work from home Fridays.
This person will create internal communication materials that promote and support the business objectives, engage internal audiences, and positively reflect the brand. The successful candidate will have a strong background in executive communications, excellent writing and verbal skills, graphic and video creation and editing skills, and hold significant experience working in the technology industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to achieve business objectives, specifically focused on executive and internal communications related to technology.
- Write and edit compelling, high-quality technology-based content for various channels, including executive memos, presentations, email, and social media posts
- Craft highly detail-oriented, polished presentation materials
- Create and edit branded hype videos
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from within the Technology department, including Corporate Communications and Strategy, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive executive communications calendar to ensure timely and effective communication of key messages and initiatives.
- Provide executive communications support for events and other business initiatives.
- Develop and manage project plans for communications initiatives and programs
- Monitor and analyze metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our communications strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in executive communications or a related field, with a focus on technology.
- Must have executive level writing and communications.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective communications strategies and tactics in the technology industry.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, and Excel.
- Advanced Powerpoint skills with the ability to demonstrate creativity within brand guidelines and a strong orientation to detail.
- Must have the ability to make complicated topics assessable to multiple internal audiences.
- Experience creating videos with Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, and Excel.
