We are looking for an Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our in-house creative agency. Reporting to the Studio Lead, this role will leverage your experience working with creative teams to foster collaboration and drive growth. You will work closely with creatives, project managers, client partners, and leadership to achieve growth targets, deliver high-quality creative work, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with creatives, project managers, client partners, and leadership to achieve growth targets, deliver high-quality creative work, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage creative resource allocation and utilization, ensuring efficient staffing and appropriate skill matching for all projects.
- Develop and refine creative processes and workflows to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
- Analyze and forecast demand and capacity to optimize staffing needs and resource planning.
- Generate and analyze data-driven reports on team performance, project status, and resource utilization.
- Maintain and optimize the in-house time tracking and project management tool, ensuring data accuracy and effective functionality.
- Manage talent onboarding and development, providing training and support for team members.
- Proactively identify and implement operational improvements and automation strategies, including the use of AI tools and technologies.
- Manage the department's budget, including forecasting, reporting, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to manage contracts, deliverables, and invoices.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the creative team and with stakeholders.
- Manage and resolve cross-functional operational issues, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
- Manage equipment allocation and software subscriptions, ensuring necessary resources are available.
- Review and address client feedback scores; improve upon collection method and detail.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and process optimization.
- Project manage large initiatives (both internal and client) as necessary.
- Monitor workload assignments, ensuring a balanced and equitable distribution of effort.
- Build strong relationships with the Creative team through a strong presence and frequent communication.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a creative operations or project coordination role, preferably within a marketing or pharmaceutical environment.
- Substantial knowledge and understanding of the creative process-print, digital, video and production capabilities
- Proficiency with Wrike and Veeva, including experience in project tracking, data management, and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
- Experience in managing budgets and financial planning.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
