Location : Los Angeles, CaliforniaJob Type : ContractCompensation Range : $90 - 100 per hourOur leading entertainment services client is seeking an Experience Creative Relations Manager for a long-term contract. This role requires someone with experience driving meaningful show awareness / buzz with more tangible, curated ways to interact with our most popular content and in effect, drive long-term revenue. Responsibilities :
Responsible for managing and tracking high volume key stakeholder feedback on Experiences IP projects.
Design, implement, and refine workflows that facilitate Experiences' creative reviews, across production and marketing materials.
Act as point of contact with Content stakeholders to lead Experiences introductory and ongoing communication while managing brand approvals.
Use diplomatic skills to collaborate and achieve approvals across different stakeholders.
Coordinate with Experiences' production and marketing departments to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration with Internal XF stakeholders and External stakeholders.
Proactively look for opportunities to improve processes and standards.
Establish operational changes across existing processes for best practice approval, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
Maintain trackers, status reports, and key process documents as it relates to creative approvals.
Be the conduit between existing CP teams and Experiences for assets management and data collection.
Qualifications :
Demonstrated, 7 years of experience in the entertainment or themed entertainment.
Experience owning operational workflows around IP management and content review and approval processes.
Strong knowledge of Entertainment. Preference for knowledge for Experiences industry in both permanent and touring experiences.
An understanding of Experiences creative development design & production timelines and key review milestones.
Experience in creative deck development.
