Responsibilities:
- Promote brands global image, voice, and brand cause across traditional, digital, and social channels, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and best practices.
- Develop and implement integrated communications strategies for 120 country teams.
- Manage global spokes strategy and campaign execution.
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar for the brand, encompassing PR and content initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of global events and sponsorships.
- Collaborate closely with PR agencies and vendors on global PR strategy and spokes management.
- Develop proposals and recaps for strategic meetings and globally-led events.
- Create and deploy brand-building strategies in key markets.
- Build and develop strong relationships across the beauty industry, Maybelline markets, and cross-functional teams (Social, Marketing).
- Manage global brand cause strategy, ensuring alignment with the brand's values and target audience.
- Lead a cross-functional team in executing cause-related initiatives and global campaigns across different regions and markets.
- Build strategic partnerships with non-profit organizations, influencers, and other stakeholders to amplify the brand's cause.
- Analyze the impact of cause-related campaigns on brand awareness, consumer engagement, and business results
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Marketing, PR, Communications, Influencer Marketing, and Cause Marketing within the beauty or fashion industry.
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA/Master's Degree a plus.
- Proven experience executing 360° Marketing, PR, and social media campaigns, including content creation and activation.
- Results-oriented with a deep understanding of KPI tracking and business acumen.
- Experience with budget management.
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent writing, PowerPoint, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive, "can-do" attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with all departments.
- Experience with global brands in large organizations.
- Understanding of corporate hierarchy.
- Creativity, passion for innovation in PR, brand communications, marketing campaigns, and brand cause.
