Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact.
- Manage assigned territory accounts and proactively seek new business opportunities.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and initiate outbound sales development calls.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach, including cold calling techniques, to drive revenue growth.
- Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, pricing strategies, and sales presentations.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline with a focus on three core clients.
- Process Audio Visual, Print College, VS&A, and Structured Cable orders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and sales specialists on internal campaigns.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company systems and records while ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams.
- Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and dress code while maintaining professionalism.
- Attend meetings regularly and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture.
Qualifications:
- A passion for sales and building meaningful customer relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- A positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:
- Strong ability to deliver excellent customer service and client support.
- Demonstrated history of effective account management and surpassing sales goals.
- Skilled in CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships.
- Well-developed organizational and process management skills.
- Preferably, at least two years of experience in an inside sales role.
