Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate interior design packages for renowned brands.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to franchisee questions regarding design and renovation projects.
- Assist in drafting Property Improvement Plans (PIPs) for architectural renovations as needed.
- Support the creation of design presentations, mood boards, and review shop drawing submittals.
- Engage confidently with franchise hotel owners, delivering presentations and addressing inquiries.
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from a FIDER- or CIDA-accredited program (or equivalent).
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, InDesign, and Excel.
- Familiarity with SPEXX software and experience as a PIP writer are a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior experience in hospitality design projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to team success.
