Marketing Operations and Inventory Manager (Hybrid)

Compensation Range: $59 - 62 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations and Inventory Manager to oversee the materials and products for our patient-related programs. This role involves tracking inventory levels, forecasts, and product run rates for a variety of items, including medical supplies, marketing materials, and nutritional products. You will manage supply chain issues, collaborate with vendors, and ensure inventory availability for patients. Additionally, you will support marketing execution, research new products, and identify efficiencies in inventory management. Strong coordination with the distribution center and contract management will be key to this position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the inventory of materials and products for all the patient-related programs.
• Track the inventory levels, forecasts, and run rates for a variety of products including, but not limited to: medical supplies (sharps containers, training injectors, travel cases, gloves, etc.), marketing materials (brochures, informational packets, etc.), and other items (vitamins, nutritional shakes).
• Anticipate and manage all supply chain issues with these products to ensure that product inventory is available for patients.
• Work with vendors to obtain the materials needed for programs and manage contracts and purchase orders.
• Provide program management in support of marketing execution for patient-related marketing.
• Research new products as needed and work with other members of the patient-related marketing and franchise strategy team to identify products that support patients on treatments.
• Identify efficiencies and process improvements for inventory management and acquisition.
• Manage the relationship with the distribution center and coordinate any inventory storage, packaging, or mailing issues - including the return and/or destruction of expired items.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Position requires BS degree in a related area.
• 3-5 years' experience leading a customer success team or professional services operation.
• 3-5 years' experience in vendor and stakeholder management.
• 3-5 years' experience in project management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of business and management principles involved in inventory management.
• Experience interpreting reporting documents and comfortable working with data (patient flow data and forecasting to anticipate inventory needs).
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, purchasing, and distribution.
• TQM experience desired.
