Compensation Range: $40.00 - 43.68 per hour
We are seeking a Media Communications Manager who excels at managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organizational and time-management skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong presentation and communication abilities, effectively conveying ideas and strategies to various stakeholders. Building and nurturing cross-functional relationships is essential, as is a willingness to collaborate openly and integrate feedback to drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Designs, plans, and directs the development and distribution of informational material across different types of media
- Identifies target audience and analyzes media efficiency
- Ensures media design works appropriately
- May assist in media plan implementation, apprises and modifies media design
- Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional are of responsibility
- Media & Sponsorship Asset Management
- Asset Tracking
- Reporting
- CMO MA Support
- PR Liaison
- Content Team Liaison
- Tickets & Hospitality Support
- Sweepstakes Support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required, Masters preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
- 3 years project management.
- 2 years or more experience in marketing or related field
- Distribution channel management, planning and execution experience
- Experience with marketing research, research strategy or consumer research methodologies
- Manage highly visible programs against budget allocations
