We are looking for a Meeting/Event Assistant to support 1-10 events per week at our client's Seattle site, working with a range of 150-500 employees. As the on-site point of contact, you will collaborate with team leaders, assistants, and event contacts to ensure seamless event operations. Responsibilities include partnering with the facilities team to manage event supplies, catering, and design assets, as well as assisting with national team gatherings. You will also support various departments, including AV, Workplace, and Internal Gatherings, ensuring a smooth event experience from access to issue resolution.

Responsibilities
- Support anywhere from 1-10 events per week at clients Seattle site, ranging in size but typically totaling 150-500 total employees gathering onsite during any given week.
- Act as on-site point of contact for Seattle team gatherings, interfacing with leaders, Assistants and event contacts.
- Contribute to on-site event operations, in partnership with facilities team, to ensure event supplies, catering, design assets, etc. help support a great attendee experience.
- Support client team gatherings nationally, including support around areas like building access, event pages/RSVPs, attendee resources, and issue resolution in support of remote event planners.
- Will work/interface with a few different departments being:
- AV team.
- Workplace team.
- Internal Gatherings.
- Hospitality experience is a huge plus (i.e. hotel experience such as handling conferences or banquets, restaurants, etc.).
- Must be local to the Seattle, WA area.
- Software: Must have basic knowledge of Google based platforms.
- Strong prioritizing, extremely customer service oriented.
- High School Diploma.
