PowerPoint Presentation Specialist (Hybrid)

Compensation Range: $30 - 35 per hour

We are seeking an experienced PowerPoint Presentation Specialist to join our client's team for a hybrid contract opportunity in Mettawa, IL! This role is ideal for a creative individual who excels in designing professional, high-quality presentations that effectively communicate complex information through visuals.|

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your advanced PowerPoint skills, including expertise with graphics, charts, infographics, animations, transitions, hyperlinking, and embedding video.
• Analyze content and determine the best design elements-such as type, color, and layout-to clearly convey messages and achieve presentation goals.
• Design and produce compelling presentations for senior executives, marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
• Interpret and apply Brand Standards and Guidelines for corporate and product-specific presentations.
• Collaborate with teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, while also working independently to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Develop effective storytelling through presentation design, incorporating the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to impress and engage clients.
• Proactively identify project needs and offer innovative design solutions.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide timely updates and ensure all projects are delivered on time, aligned with client specifications, and meet the highest design standards.
• Uphold a professional work ethic and maintain high productivity under pressure.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a creative agency or similar environment.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint is essential.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Comfortable working in both PC and Mac environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills-both oral and written.
• Ability to absorb and implement feedback effectively.
• Problem-solving aptitude and initiative to drive projects to completion.
