The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining a strong commitment to quality.
We are helping to staff and develop a foundational in-house creative team for our client, and experience in building or contributing to such teams is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize design, production, and illustration skills to create new and repurpose existing designs.
- Revise and update existing design deliverables to meet publication specifications.
- Handle proprietary and restricted documents with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and standards.
- Communicate effectively with leadership regarding workload and ability to deliver projects on time.
- Interpret and implement client changes during the proof cycle while maintaining design integrity.
- BA in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Basic understanding of image manipulation and re-touching principles.
- In-house creative agency experience is highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong written, oral, and listening communication skills.
- Analytical and organizational skills for task coordination and execution.
- Ability to collaborate professionally with internal teams and stakeholders.
