We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Customer Experience & Marketing Center of Excellence. You'll manage high-volume, fast-paced marketing updates—ensuring assets are delivered on time, accurately, and in compliance with regulations and brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Channel Marketing and creative resources to kick off assigned projects, manage stakeholder and Compliance reviews, finalize and post assets while adhering to strict project timelines and SLAs.
- Excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while managing a high volume of marketing projects at one time to ensure effective and on-time execution to update existing marketing collateral and materials.
- Ensure all project stakeholders, including leadership, are kept informed about project status, risks, and blockers.
- Direct and manage vendors/contract resources to ensure business practices are met and operating within budget and timelines.
- Work with Channel Marketing and Compliance to develop, document and enforce compliance standards and regulatory requirements, including final approval of documents and state/firm filing.
- Detail-oriented
- Excels at multi-tasking and juggling a high volume of projects at one time
- Effective collaborator and communicator (verbal, written, etc.)
- Deadline-driven including managing stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to change and shifting direction.
- Experience in Adobe Workfront is preferred.
