Senior Contract Manager (Hybrid)

Compensation Range: $68 - 75 per hour

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Contract Manager to join our client's team and drive excellence in contract management and execution!

As a Senior Contract Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting our client's Trade Marketing Operations team in executing channel contract initiatives, managing pharmacy programs, and overseeing data contracting. Your expertise will ensure that trade strategies are not just visions but tangible realities that positively impact patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with field teams to draft, redline, and execute vital documents such as CDAs, FFS, SOWs, and MSAs across various therapeutic areas, ensuring smooth and compliant channel operations.
• Oversee all Statement of Work processes from fair market value assessment, negotiation, to execution, utilizing our ConTRAX contract management system to keep meticulous records.
• Manage agreements related to advisory boards and customer engagement events, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
• Efficiently manage contract flow, prioritize tasks based on business needs, and ensure vendor setup post-contract execution to maintain seamless operations.
• Monitor budgets through diligent invoice reconciliation and support forecasting of future business needs while strictly adhering to all corporate and divisional compliance policies and guidelines.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree, with legal/paralegal experience being a preferred advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in drafting and redlining contracts, with a preference for those who have client-side experience in the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in contract drafting, accompanied by strong financial acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Outstanding organizational, planning, and project management skills, coupled with an exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Independence in working while also being an effective team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
