Location : Los Angeles, California Job Type : ContractCompensation : $60 - 68 per hourWe’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Senior Web Production Specialist to join our dynamic team, focused on delivering exceptional digital experiences. In this role, you’ll work on high-profile projects, using tools like Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Analytics to create and optimize web and email campaigns. If you have expertise in digital marketing tools and a strategic mindset, join us to help shape impactful campaigns for high-profile clients!This is a hybrid role, based out of either Los Angeles or Irvine headquarters, 3 days per week onsite (Tues, Weds, Thurs). Responsibilities : Digital Content Creation & Optimization : Build and enhance web experiences using tools like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).Administer web configuration tools to deliver personalized audience experiences, including A / B testing and targeted campaigns.Collaborate with IT and UX teams to maintain and optimize site architecture, develop custom components, and uphold platform standards.Project & Process Management : Manage releases and publishing across multiple teams, sites, and campaigns to ensure seamless delivery.Support distributed authors, providing guidance on best practices for SEO, metadata, tagging, and more.Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand and performance standards.Collaboration & Strategic Contribution : Work cross-functionally to continuously improve channel processes and optimize user experiences.Partner with IT teams to address technical challenges and recommend innovative solutions.Provide reports and analysis to support program optimization and track key performance metrics.Qualifications : Expertise with Adobe Marketing Cloud tools (AEM, Target, Adobe Analytics) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder preferred).Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and a strong understanding of web design and user experience principles.Hands-on experience in building and optimizing targeted, high-impact digital campaigns.Soft Skills : Strategic thinker with the ability to plan, manage, and execute complex projects across multiple teams.Collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and quality assurance.Additional Details : Duration : 12 months, with potential for extension based on performance.Location : Hybrid (Tues, Weds, Thurs onsite), in either Los Angeles or Irvine headquarters.Team Culture : Collaborative, performance-driven, and supportive, emphasizing accountability and strategic contributions.Be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and delivering exceptional digital experiences.
