Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage all digital assets, ensuring proper tagging and storage.
- Post consistently on social media platforms, including Instagram (2-3 times daily).
- Build and maintain content calendars for campaigns and initiatives.
- Track and analyze social media performance to optimize strategies for growth and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and external agencies to execute campaigns.
- Develop a presence on YouTube, coordinating video edits and content uploads.
- Manage LinkedIn content, including daily posts and newsletters, to drive engagement.
- Oversee direct message (DM) management and coordinate with funnel agencies.
- 5 years of social media management experience.
- Proficiency in Asana, spreadsheets, and video management tools like Framio.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to follow direction while contributing ideas.
- Experience managing personal brands or similar roles.
- Strategic mindset focused on lead generation and content monetization.
- Knowledge of YouTube strategies for revenue growth.
- Experience optimizing LinkedIn for branding and business development.
