SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation Range: $80,000 - 100,000 per year

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to manage our online presence across various platforms. This role involves creating content, engaging with followers, monitoring conversations, and promoting our brand and new housing developments to potential customers, with the goal of increasing brand awareness and generating leads.

Responsibilities:

• Content creation: Developing and posting engaging content like images, videos, blog articles, and social media updates highlighting properties, community features, and customer testimonials.
• Community engagement: Responding to comments and messages from potential buyers, addressing inquiries, and fostering positive interactions on social media.
• Social media analytics: Tracking key metrics like reach, impressions, engagement, and website traffic to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Campaign management: Implementing targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach specific demographics and promote new home listings.
• Trend monitoring: Staying updated on current social media trends and incorporating relevant elements into content strategy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience creating and executing social media strategies from concept to launch.
• Bachelor Degree from and accredited university.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule, coming into the office 3-days a week.

Skills:

• Khoros for Social Analytics (not required, just what they use... should be easy enough to pick up).
• Talkwalker for Social Listening & Social Analytics (not required just what they use).
