SUSTAINABILITY PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Toledo, Ohio (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract
Compensation Range: $40 - 45 per hour

We're expanding our Content Team to support sustainability initiatives and are looking for a skilled Project Manager to manage creative and marketing projects aligned with our sustainability strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, creative production, and project management, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple workstreams. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and execution of sustainability-focused marketing and creative projects.
• Maintain understanding of sustainability project goals, milestones, and production plans utilizing WorkFront.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
• Manage projects across various media, including branding, print, digital, video, social, and events.
• Track progress, update documentation, and ensure timely delivery of all project components.
• Develop clear timelines, communicate expectations, and proactively address any roadblocks.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure messaging and creative assets align with sustainability objectives.
• Provide strategic oversight on messaging and branding for sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of project management experience, ideally within an agency or corporate marketing environment.
• Creative and marketing expertise, particularly in sustainability, corporate responsibility, or ESG-related projects.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, video, events).
• Experience with WorkFront or other project management tools (JIRA, Smartsheet).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Onsite hybrid requirement (Tues, Weds, Thurs) in Toledo.
