What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House Staff position at Cellar District?
The Cellar District is searching for Front of House Serving Specialist who are willing to gain full knowledge of the local Wisconsin products we serve and promote various menu items to each customer who walks through our doors.
"Welcome Home" is the feeling each and every customer should experience from near or far and it all starts with you!
Both Servers and Bartenders have the opportunity to Specialize in one or many products to gain additional hourly pay.
Front of House Specialists must be efficient, organized and enjoy a fast paced work environment.
Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Greeting tables within your section or rotation
- Proficient understanding of Upserve POS system
- Full knowledge of Food and Drink offerings
- Prep work before, during and/or after "rush" times
- Opening and/or Closing the restaurant- this includes prep work, cleaning, etc
- Possible training/knowledge of using Woodfire Oven
