We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated Human Resources Manager who will contribute significantly to the growth of the Cellares team. The primary focus of this position will be to establish and implement internal HR best practices and policy in addition to maintaining daily functions of the Human Resources department. This individual should be highly organized, have a general understanding of employment law, and be Quality / Compliance oriented. Candidates should enjoy working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, and be prepared to tackle a broad selection of challenges as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Assist employees with health benefits, payroll, and leave questions
- Facilitate annual benefits enrollment
- Draft and implement company policies and practices
- Track required HR Trainings and coordinate the follow up process
- Track and maintain our Performance Review Process
- Maintain compliance with Federal, State, and Local employment laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations by addressing and resolving employee issues promptly, effectively, and objectively while complying with applicable laws and policies
- Work closely with the People Operations team on onboarding and offboarding
Requirements
Compensation
90,000 - $180,000 a year. Cellares total compensation package contains competitive base salaries, highly subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans, 401(k) Matching, Free EV Charging, Onsite lunches, and Stock options. All displayed pay ranges are approximate, negotiable, and location dependent.
