About the Role
You will report directly to the VP of Finance and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions. Your expertise in financial planning and analysis will enable us to make informed decisions and achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
- Partner with business leaders to identify areas for cost savings and implement process improvements
- Analyze key metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
- Lead financial planning and analysis activities to support business growth and profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related; MBA preferred
- 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, management consulting, investment banking, or related
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through financial planning and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization tools
