Your Impact as a Retail Store Manager
You will use dynamic coaching to motivate, build, and inspire your team, driving individual and team development resulting in top-line sales.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Executing team training
- Ensuring the effective utilization of individual and collective team skills
- Implementing high levels of integrity with cash management, time & attendance, loss prevention, and revenue assurance

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A high school education or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
- At least two years of sales management experience in a goal-driven environment (or completion of Nsight Leadership University for internal applicants)
- A valid driver's license
