Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying needs to contract negotiation and supplier management, as part of a global procurement team following global procurement processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure procurement activities align with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and select the most suitable partners.
- Collaborate closely with the legal team to negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring the best value for the company while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and process improvements within the procurement function.
- Driving collaboration with Procurement team members and provide guidance and support in fields of expertise, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Support the global indirect procurement team for various requisitions and projects.
