Position Summary:
Develop and oversee implementation of marketing policies and programs, such as determining the demand for products and services offered by Cellofoam and its competitors and identify potential customers. Monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
Essential Position Requirements (include but are not limited to):

- Assist corporate marketing manager in all marketing functions as needed and directed.
- Produce marketing literature, video, advertising, etc.
- Supervise photography of products.
- Administer corporate identity projects for signage, interiors, vehicles, cartons, furniture, and graphics.
- Manage, motivate, and develop department personnel.
- Manage completion of tasks and oversee work produced by marketing team members.
- Coordinate trade shows and placement of advertising in directories and trade publications.
- Supervise coordination of marketing literature, displays and shipments for all trade shows.
- Supervise distribution of Company clothing & swag
- Create and cultivate social media platforms on behalf of the company.
- Track online marketing efforts, including email and social media campaigns
- Analyze SEO performance via Google Analytics for each Cellofoam division.
- Experience in providing summary reports of market research and SEO performance.
- Assist in managing the companies SEO efforts.
- Create e-mail marketing campaigns for each Cellofoam division. (Experience with Constant Contact or other third-party platform preferred)
- Assist in creating and executing print advertising for each Cellofoam division.
- Monitor customer feedback and online testimonials.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere with a culture of respect for others.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Keep managers informed at all times of potential issues and concerns.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
- Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve issues.
- Uses appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding plant or employee concerns.
- Maintain a working knowledge and is in full compliance with corporate standards for business conduct and Federal anti-trust laws.

- 4-year degree in business, marketing, or other related discipline (equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
