Bilingual Customer Service Representative/Sales Rep

We are seeking a Bilingual (English and Spanish]) Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and the secondary language.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support.
• Handle cash transactions tasks accurately and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the call center and follow up as necessary
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one other language is required.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively.
• Experience with outbound calling is a plus.
• Cash handling experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both languages.
• Proficient typing skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.92 - $16.11 per hour
